Job summary

The Leader in Training (LIT) at Green Thumb is a developmental leadership role in the dispensary in Connecticut. You’ll supervise daily operations, guide team priorities, and optimize the customer journey while rotating through critical functions to gain subject matter expertise.

As you progress, you will be on a fast track to growth toward the Assistant General Manager role, developing supervision, training, and operational skills in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet varying shift schedules, including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and valid ID or driver’s license.
• Ability to understand cannabis laws and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing all dispensary operations for compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and inventory accuracy in the vault.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Handle payments, discounts, and cash maintenance with the team.
