Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join the RISE Dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through critical dispensary functions, supervise daily operations, and help optimize the customer journey while learning to become Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, inventory, and team development, while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements (including weekends)
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license or state ID
• Understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and cannabis regulations
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee staff execution.
