The LIT rotates through key functions—Operations, Experience, and People—on a fast track to growth toward an Assistant General Manager role, with hands-on development in a busy retail cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service or retail experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Background checks required.
• Must be 21 years or older and have valid DL/ID.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary daily operations to ensure compliance and smooth customer flow.
• Assist in communicating priorities to team members and optimizing the customer journey.
• Lead through onboarding, training, and coaching of new team members.
• Support in ensuring inventory accuracy, deliveries, and in-store promotions.
• Provide oversight of omni-channel experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery.
