Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispensary operations and ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions; oversee omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery.
