Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Leader in Training to support the RISE Dispensary leadership team. You’ll supervise daily ops, communicate priorities, and optimize the customer journey while rotating through key functions in operations, experience, and people.

This role offers a fast track to growth toward Assistant General Manager, with exposure to compliance, inventory, and team development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service or retail experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Cannabis industry familiarity preferred.
• Ability to meet varying shift schedules including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist in supervising daily dispensary operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee inventory intake, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members during programs and promotions.
• Support omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
• Coordinate scheduling and training with management.
