Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) at RISE Dispensary to supervise daily operations and guide staff through rotations across critical functions, shaping a path toward an Assistant General Manager role.

You will gain subject matter expertise in operations, experience, and people management, driving a positive customer journey and supporting growth within a fast-paced, compliant cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with Cannabis laws and regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory accuracy in the vault.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments and cash maintenance.
