Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy during inventory management.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and accurate POS processing.
