Job summary

Green Thumb Industries seeks a Leader in Training to join the Rise Dispensary leadership team in Sun City Center, FL. You will rotate through key dispensary functions, supervise daily operations, and communicate priorities to staff.

This role provides a fast track to growth toward an Assistant General Manager position. You will oversee inventory, deliveries, cash handling, and store promotions while developing subject matter expertise across operations, experience, and people.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Scheduling and availability to meet business needs
• Reliable, responsible and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and cannabis laws.
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary operations and communicate priorities to staff.
• Assist in optimizing the customer journey and in-store experience.
• Oversee deliveries, inventory, vault accuracy and stock levels.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members.
• Drive adherence to security, inventory and regulatory requirements.
• Support promotions and omni-channel customer experiences across touchpoints.
