Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and regulations.
• Participate in ensuring a seamless omni-channel customer experience (in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery).
• Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve loyalty and sales goals.
