Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Leader in Training for Rise Dispensary to support daily operations and role-model exceptional customer service. You will rotate through critical functions to gain subject-matter expertise in operations, experience, and people leadership and progress toward an Assistant General Manager position.

As part of the leadership team, you will supervise daily activities, communicate priorities, and optimize the customer journey while ensuring compliance with security

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in customer service or retail, with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations and ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead and mentor team members, drive in-store programs and omni-channel customer experience.
• Participate in Leader On Duty shifts to supervise, recognize staff, and guide customer journeys.
