Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Leader in Training to help supervise daily dispensary operations and optimize the customer journey. You will rotate through critical functions, gain subject matter expertise, and progress toward an Assistant General Manager role.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, inventory, deliveries, and team leadership to deliver memorable in-store experiences. Cannabis knowledge and reliability are essential, with a focus on compliance and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Ability to work a schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory within the vault.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee team member execution.
