• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Reliable attendance and flexible scheduling across mornings, days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead and motivate team members, recognizing performance and guiding customer journeys.
• Manage cash handling, pricing, discounts, and till accuracy during shifts.
• Coordinate scheduling and training with the General Manager or Assistant GM.
