Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Leader in Training to join the Monroeville dispensary leadership team. You will supervise daily operations, guide team members, and optimize the customer journey while rotating through core functions to gain subject matter expertise.

This role is a fast track to becoming Assistant General Manager. You will collaborate with management to deliver memorable in-store experiences, support Omni-channel efforts, and drive programs and promotions while building

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or retail, with 1+ year in supervision.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Prior inventory control experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrates strong compliance with rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations for compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries.
• Lead team members during programs and promotions.
• Oversee cash handling and payments processing.
• Provide coaching and onboarding for new team members.
• Schedule shifts and ensure adequate store coverage.
