Green Thumb in Toledo, OH is seeking a Leader in Training to join the management team. You will rotate through key dispensary functions, supervise daily operations, and help optimize the customer journey while developing toward the Assistant General Manager role.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to cannabis regulations. A strong customer-service background and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsabilités

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations and ensure compliance with security and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee cashier tasks.
