Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management into an AI-native operating model. You will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, financial risk, and enterprise risk to define a bold future state and translate it into scalable AI applications and reusable capabilities.

You will drive change management, establish guardrails for safe AI, coordinate with Circle’s central AI group, and measure impact while preserving risk controls

Qualifications

• Experience leading process redesign or automation initiatives.
• Ability to reimagine and optimize complex processes and drive organizational change.
• Strong fluency with modern AI and agentic concepts and applying them to business problems.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define AI-native future state visions.
• Drive transformation from manual processes to AI-native workflows with agents.
• Build GRM into an AI-native organization with human oversight where needed.
• Ensure AI developments follow Circle's AI Risk Management framework and guardrails.
• Coordinate with central AI team and other orgs to align platforms and standards.
• Own GRM reporting on initiatives, progress, and impact.
• Prepare materials for leadership and risk committees.
