Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management through an AI-native operating model. You will partner with compliance, security, and enterprise risk teams to translate visions into a portfolio of AI applications and reusable capabilities that scale across the organization.

You will drive change management, establish guardrails for safe and responsible AI, and coordinate with Circle’s central AI team to advance enterprise-wide AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business process transformation, management consulting, or related fields.
• Experience reimagining complex processes and driving organizational change.
• Fluent with modern AI concepts and applying them to business problems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an AI-native future state.
• Define and govern a portfolio of AI applications and reusable primitives.
• Drive change management and build guardrails for safe AI deployment.
• Coordinate with central AI teams to align platforms and standards.
• Own GRM reporting on progress, impact, and blockers.
