Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management through AI-native processes. You will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and risk teams to define a bold vision and translate it into AI applications and reusable capabilities at scale.

You will drive change management, establish guardrails, and collaborate with Circle’s central AI team to deliver measurable impact while maintaining controls and explainability across the risk

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, product/program management, or a related discipline.
• Ability to reimagine and optimize complex business processes, designing bold future states and driving organizational change.
• Strong working fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts, applied to real business problems.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end and aligning stakeholders across functions.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills for workshops and executive alignment.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, financial crime, security, or other regulated domains.
• Strong program/portfolio management skills with tracking, reporting, and dependency management.
• Builder’s mindset with comfort in ambiguity, high autonomy, and bias for action.
• Commitment to governance, controls, and responsible-AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to reimagine processes and define AI-native future states.
• Challenge assumptions and drive mindset shifts from analog to AI-native operations.
• Build GRM into an AI-native organization led by agents with human oversight.
• Champion AI Risk Management framework adoption across GRM AI developments, ensuring governance and guardrails.
• Shape GRM’s AI-native vision and reusable primitives to scale across processes.
• Champion a build-once, reuse-everywhere model to accelerate AI initiatives portfolio.
• Drive development of pivotal AI applications from scoping to measurable impact.
• Translate risk and compliance needs into clear solution designs and success criteria.
• Coordinate with central AI teams and other groups to align platforms, standards, and practices.
• Maintain GRM reporting on initiatives, roadmap progress, blockers, and dependencies.
• Prepare updates for GRM leadership and risk committees, aligning with central AI cadence.
