Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management with an AI-native operating model. You will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and risk leaders to define a bold AI-driven vision and implement reusable primitives across processes.

You will drive change management, establish guardrails, and work with Circle’s central AI team to scale enterprise-wide AI initiatives, measuring impact and accelerating adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business process transformation or related field.
• Ability to reimagine complex processes and drive organizational change.
• Strong fluency with modern AI concepts and practical application.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, or regulated domains.
• Strong program and portfolio management skills.
• Builder’s mindset with autonomy and action bias.
• Excellent communication for executives and committees.
• Commitment to governance and controls for AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an AI-native future state.
• Challenge assumptions and drive mindset shifts toward AI-native processes.
• Help build GRM into an AI-native organization led by agents and governed.
• Champion the Circle AI Risk Management framework across GRM AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with central AI teams to align platforms and standards.
• Own GRM reporting on AI transformation, roadmap, and impact.
• Prepare updates for GRM leadership and risk committees.
