Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation, to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management through AI-native processes. You’ll partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and risk leaders to define a bold future state and translate it into scalable AI applications and reusable capabilities.

You will drive change management, establish guardrails, and coordinate with Circle’s central AI team to ensure trusted, auditable AI-driven workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, product/program management, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to reimagine and optimize complex business processes and drive organizational change.
• Strong fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts, and applying it to real problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead GRM AI transformation initiatives and define an ambitious AI-native future state for each process.
• Drive the shift from legacy processes to AI-native workflows with intelligent agents.
• Build and govern AI risk management and guardrails for all GRM initiatives.
• Coordinate with Circle’s central AI team and other orgs to align platforms and standards.
• Own GRM reporting, roadmaps, and measurable impact for the AI transformation.
