Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation, to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management through AI-native processes. You will work with compliance, financial crime, security, and risk stakeholders to define a bold AI portfolio and drive change across the organization.

You will partner with Circle’s central AI team to build reusable capabilities, ensure governance, and enable a fast, responsible AI transformation that supports growth and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading process redesign or automation initiatives in risk, compliance, or financial services.
• Ability to design AI-native processes and drive organizational change.
• Strong facilitation and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to define an AI-native future state for GRM processes.
• Drive end-to-end transformation from scoping to measurements and adoption.
• Establish guardrails, risk assessments, and governance for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with central AI teams and business leaders to scale capabilities.
• Produce updates for leadership and risk committees.
