Job summary

Circle, a world-leading internet financial platform, is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation. The role leads the reinvention of Global Risk Management via AI-native workflows, partnering with compliance, security, and enterprise risk to scale AI capabilities across Circle.

You will drive change management, build reusable AI primitives, and ensure responsible AI governance while coordinating with Circle’s central AI team for enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, product/program management, or a related discipline.
• Ability to reimagine and optimize complex business processes and drive organizational change.
• Strong fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, financial crime, security, or similar domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define AI-native future states.
• Drive mindset shifts from traditional processes to AI-native designs.
• Build GRM into an AI-native organization with agents guiding core processes.
• Ensure AI developments comply with risk management frameworks and guardrails.
• Shape the target architecture with reusable primitives for enterprise use.
• Coordinate with central AI teams to align platforms and standards.
• Own GRM reporting on AI transformation progress and impact.
• Prepare updates for GRM leadership and risk committees.
