You will define an ambitious vision, partner with compliance, security, and finance teams, and drive the portfolio of AI applications that scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation.
• Strong fluency with modern AI and agentic concepts.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to risk management or regulated domains.
• Strong program and portfolio management abilities.
• Builder mindset with autonomy and action orientation.
• Strong communication for executives and committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead GRM AI transformation and define an ambitious AI-native future state.
