Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management with an AI-native operating model. You will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and enterprise risk to design, build, and scale AI-enabled processes across the organization.

• 7+ years in process transformation or related field.

• Exposure to risk management or regulated domains.
• Strong program/portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an AI-native future state.
• Drive mindset shift from AI add-on to AI-native processes.
• Help build GRM into an AI-native organization led by agents with human oversight.
• Champion AI Risk Management framework with risk assessments and guardrails.
• Shape GRM AI-native vision and reusable primitives for enterprise use.
• Prioritize foundational blocks to unlock broader AI initiatives.
• Drive development of pivotal GRM AI applications from scoping to impact.
• Translate risk needs into clear solution designs and outcomes.
• Coordinate with central AI team and other orgs for shared platforms and standards.
• Represent GRM priorities in enterprise AI forums and align roadmaps.
• Own and improve GRM AI transformation reporting for progress and impact.
• Prepare updates for GRM leadership and risk committees.
