Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management with an AI-native operating model. You will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and risk stakeholders to define a portfolio of AI applications and reusable capabilities that scale across the organization.

You will drive change management, build guardrails, and coordinate with Circle’s central AI team to deliver enterprise-wide AI capabilities, ensuring risk controls are embedded

Qualifications

• 7+ years in process transformation or related fields.
• Ability to reimagine and optimize complex processes.
• Fluency with modern AI including generative AI.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Exposure to risk/compliance domains.

Responsabilités

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an ambitious AI-native future state for each process.
• Challenge assumptions and drive mindset shifts from traditional processes to AI-native designs.
• Help build GRM into an AI-native organization led by agents with human oversight.
• Champion AI Risk Management framework across all GRM AI developments, ensuring governance and guardrails.
• Shape GRM's AI-native vision and target architecture with reusable primitives.
• Champion a build-once, reuse-everywhere model to unlock broader AI initiatives.
• Drive development of AI applications from scoping through adoption and measurable impact.
• Translate risk and compliance needs into clear solution designs and success criteria.
• Coordinate with Circle's central AI team and other orgs to align platforms and standards.
• Enable GRM's AI community and represent priorities in enterprise AI forums.
• Own GRM-level reporting on the AI transformation and roadmap alignment.
