Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management processes using AI-native methods. You will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and risk teams to define a bold AI-enabled vision and translate it into a portfolio of applications.

You will collaborate with Circle’s central AI team, drive change management, establish reusable building blocks, and ensure governance, risk controls, and explainability are built in from day one.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation or related disciplines.
• Ability to reimagine and optimize complex business processes and drive organizational change.
• Strong fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, financial crime, or another regulated domain.
• Strong program and portfolio management skills with governance, roadmaps, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an AI-native future state.
• Drive mindset shifts from AI additions to AI-native processes with rigorous optimization.
• Build GRM into an AI-native organization led by agents with human oversight.
• Champion Circle's AI Risk Management framework across GRM developments.
• Shape GRM’s AI-native vision and reusable primitives for enterprise use.
• Coordinate with Circle’s central AI team and other orgs to align platforms.
• Develop GRM reporting on the AI transformation and track progress.
• Prepare updates for GRM leadership and risk committees.
