Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Workshop Manager to support the store manager in all aspects of operations, ensuring excellent Guest service and efficient staff management.

This role drives the store's success while maintaining a positive experience for Guests and associates. Responsibilities include directing daily assignments, hiring and promotions, leading shifts, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards in merchandising, inventory, and safety.

Qualificações

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric business.
• High school diploma.
• Basic understanding of store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager with daily assignments and directing work.
• Assist in hiring and promotion decisions with feedback.
• Lead and inspire the team during shifts and enforce policies.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader by coaching and forecasting based on business trends.
• Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards.
• Oversee inventory management: receiving, stocking, counts.
• Develop a high-performing team delivering guest experience.
