The position focuses on leading shifts, coaching Bear Builders, and ensuring policy compliance while maintaining a positive guest experience. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork and strategic task execution.

Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
• High school diploma required.
• Basic understanding of store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager with daily assignments and staff priorities.
• Support hiring decisions and provide feedback on staff advancement.
• Lead shifts, enforce policies, and model the company culture.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader, coaching staff to deliver an Experience First guest experience.
• Ensure displays adhere to brand standards and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Oversee inventory processes including receiving and stocking.
• Help develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional guest experiences.
