Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Workday-focused professional to deliver Payroll and ERP solutions in the McLean, VA area. You will drive end-to-end implementations, optimize existing Workday tenants, and lead solution design for clients across industries.

You will manage project activities, provide on-site support for milestones, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Expect up to 25% travel and a mix of remote/work-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in Payroll (post-production preferred).
• Master's degree with 1+ year using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in Payroll (post-production preferred).
• Experience can replace a degree: 7 years with no degree in Workday Payroll or ERPs.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience with Workday.
• Workday Public Sector experience preferred.
• Active Workday Payroll Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday solutions from assessments through full transformations.
• Manage activities in Workday Practice Optimization including support and Phase X deployments.
• Lead design and development of solutions to optimize customer Workday tenants.
• Provide on-site support for key milestones as needed.
• Travel up to 25%.
