Job summary

Guidehouse is hiring a Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Optimization Senior Consultant in the US (McLean, VA) with remote work options. You will lead design and development of optimization solutions, manage the Workday Practice optimization program, and guide assessments and deployments for client tenants.

The role requires at least 3 years in Workday Payroll (or ERP payroll), 2+ years with Workday, and up to 25% travel. A Workday certification and Microsoft Office expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years using Workday Payroll or ERP payroll (post-production preferred).
• Master's degree with at least 1 year using Workday Payroll or ERP payroll (post-production preferred).
• No degree? Seven years of Workday/ERP payroll experience can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Workday payroll optimization solutions.
• Manage in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support and deployments.
• Support assessments and Phase X deployments across client environments.
