Job summary

UST is seeking a Workday Senior Certified Payroll Consultant to provide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite and lead deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have active Workday Partner Payroll Certification and a strong background in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking solutions.

This role supports remote work within the US, offering competitive compensation in the range of $60,000 to $90,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including paid vacation, sick leave, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Partner Payroll Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of implementation experience with Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking solutions.
• Functional experience in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
• Ability to manage timelines and goals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite.
• Lead or coach deployment team activities.
• Configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party solutions.
• Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model.
