Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Administrator to maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensuring efficient workflows, data integrity, and organizational compliance. The role requires strong HR experience, project leadership, and the ability to train others across the organization.

The successful candidate will manage security, integrations, and system configurations, collaborate with HR partners, and drive biannual Workday releases with thorough testing and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support.
• Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Analyze, validate and audit system data for accuracy and legal compliance.
• Lead and train staff in Workday usage and best practices.
• Manage HRIS projects, releases, and testing activities.
