Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced HRIS/Workday Administrator to maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient workflows across HR processes.

The role involves configuring security, managing modules, executing annual release tasks, developing reports, and partnering with HR leaders to meet evolving business needs. Strong Workday experience and project leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in HR systems
• Prior HRIS experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support
• Workday experience strongly preferred and experience leading projects from start to finish

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR's existing Workday modules and stay current on new functionality and modules
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks (objectives, reviews, 9-boxing, merit processes)
• Analyze, validate, and audit system data for accuracy and compliance
• Develop custom reports and dashboards; schedule automatic data delivery
• Maintain data integrity and security across Workday and related systems
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to design and deliver Workday functionality
• Provide training and guidance to end users and super-users
• Oversee system configurations, change management, and testing for upgrades and releases
• Coordinate with vendors/IT on integrations and issue resolution
• Ensure federal and state reporting requirements are met
