The Lead Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside* will advise customers (recreational, medicinal and caregivers) in selecting cannabis products and act as an ambassador of Cresco Labs’ mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis. You will set the example in customer service, product knowledge, and state compliance to ensure a best‑in‑class experience.

Lead Wellness Advisors assist in the onboarding and training of new hires and uphold adherence to state and company rules.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience managing a team of hourly staff.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training responsibilities.
• Handling employee relations and coaching within a retail setting.
• Scheduling, sales trend identification, and business reporting are valued skills.
• Strong conflict resolution, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
