Job summary

The Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside will guide customers in selecting cannabis products, acting as an ambassador for Cresco Labs’ mission to normalize and professionalize the industry. You will leverage customer service, product knowledge, and state compliance to deliver a best-in-class experience from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and ability to engage customers.
• Ability to learn technical/product information in a consultative manner.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds (100 with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Educate customers to assist product selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Ensure orders are accurate and dispensed timely.
• Label and package customer orders.
• Handle cash in the POS following SOPs.
• Maintain records of transactions and inventory per regs.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and organize stock.
• Support in merchandising and displays.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness per SOPs.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
