Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside* seeks a Lead Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products, while upholding state compliance and delivering best-in-class service.

You will lead and train hourly staff, manage scheduling, and drive sales through education and strong product knowledge. Flexibility to cover opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handle standard questions or complaints.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid product selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets and verify orders.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities and perform routine inventory counts.
