Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside dispensaries in the United States. You will guide customers through recreational, medical, and caregiver product selections, modeling exceptional service, regulatory compliance, and product knowledge.

You will also train new hires and uphold state rules while fostering a positive shopping experience for all guests. The role requires leadership, flexibility with schedules, and a dedication to teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and address questions or complaints.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid selection.
• Execute selling and cross-selling to build baskets.
• Verify customer IDs and documentation.
• Handle cash and operate the POS following SOPs.
