Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside* in the United States. You will advise customers on recreational and medical cannabis products, uphold state compliance, and drive a best-in-class shopping experience.

You’ll help onboard and train Wellness Advisors while ensuring accurate POS handling and store operations. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to explain cannabinoid effects, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends,

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in cannabis, is preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply product-related information in a professional consultative manner.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handle standard questions or complaints.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid product selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Assist in ensuring accurate, timely dispensing and perform bag/receipt checks.
• Label and package orders; maintain POS cash handling following SOPs.
• Keep dispensary records in compliance with state regulations; conduct routine inventory counts.
• Support onboarding and training of new Wellness Advisors and ensure day-to-day compliance.
