Cresco Labs, the operator behind Sunnyside dispensaries, is seeking a Lead Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products and to model the company's mission to normalize, professionalize and revolutionize cannabis. You will mentor hourly staff and ensure state compliance while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, flexibility for varied shifts, and a commitment to integrity in a highly regulated industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills.
• Ability to understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handle standard questions or complaints.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid product selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and ID for customers.
• Assist in ensuring accuracy of orders and proper packaging.
