Zusammenfassung

The Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside* will counsel customers (recreational, medical and caregivers) on cannabis products and represent Cresco Labs’ mission to professionalize cannabis. You’ll combine customer service, product knowledge and state compliance to deliver a best-in-class experience.

As part of the Sunnyside team, you will manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout, with flexible weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

• Greet customers to ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and questions.
• Assist customers in selecting products through education on cannabis varieties.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and ID for customers.
• Assist in ensuring the accuracy of dispensed orders.
• Label and package customer orders.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities per regulations.
• Perform routine inventory checks and ensure stock meets compliance.
