Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Wellness Advisor at Sunnyside in Massachusetts to guide customers in selecting cannabis products, lead a team of hourly staff, and ensure state compliance. You will train new hires, manage service standards, and uphold SOPs across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
• Experience leading and training hourly staff, including recruitment and coaching.
• Ability to learn and communicate product-related information professionally.
• Ability to verify documentation and IDs in a retail cannabis setting.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handling standard questions or complaints.
• Assist customers in product selection through education of different cannabis products and their effects.
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify proper documentation and IDs for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities in compliance with state laws.
