Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and resolve standard questions or complaints.
• Support product education to help customers select cannabis products safely.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify customer documentation and ID for compliance.
• Help ensure accurate order dispensing and process receipts.
• Label and package customer orders.
• Handle cash with POS according to SOPs and investigate discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot POS issues and maintain records per state regulations.
• Keep inventory counts and ensure stock meets compliance standards.
• Assist managers with merchandizing and store displays.
• Uphold security and safety compliance in the store.
