Cresco Labs is hiring a Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside dispensaries in Massachusetts to guide customers in selecting cannabis products and to deliver a compliant, best-in-class retail experience. You will combine customer service with product knowledge and state-regulation adherence.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, accurate order fulfillment, inventory awareness, and a welcoming environment. Weekend/holiday availability is expected; compensation is hourly with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products through education and consultation.
• Apply selling techniques to build baskets and cross-sell.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Handle orders and ensure accuracy during dispensing and checkout.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory and compliance in SOPs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and manage product displays.
