Job summary

Cresco Labs is recruiting a Lead Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside dispensaries in Massachusetts. You will guide recreational and medical customers in selecting cannabis products, uphold state compliance, and train new hires to maintain high service standards.

You will lead a team of hourly staff, manage scheduling, and analyze sales trends while solving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience; cannabis experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handle standard questions or complaints.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid product selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Verify documentation and IDs; ensure orders are dispensed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities and perform routine inventory checks.
