Job summary

BELFOR, a leader in restoration services in the United States, seeks an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to head a residential and small commercial losses team. You will apply IICRC S500/S520 standards, operate water extraction and drying equipment, and document moisture distribution.

You will supervise crews up to 10, manage field data, travel nights/weekends as needed, and ensure safety and quality on site, with emphasis on customer service and accuracy in moisture mapping.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard and S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• Current IICRC WRT designation.
• Strong familiarity with water damage assessment and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams in the use of PPE and safety protocols.
• Review daily project requirements and communicate progress to management.
• Provide field documentation, photographs, charts and sketches for projects.
