Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to head the residential and small commercial teams, applying IICRC standards for water and mold remediation. The role includes moisture mapping, equipment handling, and coordinating field documentation and progress across projects.

The candidate will supervise crews, ensure safety, and travel as required, including night shifts and weekends, to meet project deadlines and service quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage Book.
• Carry current IICRC WRT designation.
• Demonstrate proper use of meters and IR camera for moisture assessment.
• Supervise small crews on residential/commercial losses.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Direct the teams in the use of the right PPE for the job.
• Review daily project requirements and notify managers of progress and challenges.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts and sketches for projects.
• Perform daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance.
• Supervise small crews on tasks and ensure quality outcomes.
• Attend operations and required security trainings.
