Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard
• Working knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard
• Carry current IICRC WRT designation
• Familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage Book
• Proper use of meters and moisture instruments
• Ability to draw sketches and moisture/drying logs

Responsibilities

• Direct the teams in the use of the right PPE for the job
• Review project requirements and document progress
• Provide field documentation and photos for projects
• Inspect vehicle safety and maintenance
• Maintain equipment used in debris removal and drying
• Supervise small crews on tasks and ensure quality
