BELFOR is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to head the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, supervise crews, and document moisture assessments with specialized equipment.

Qualifications

• 12 months of Water Damage Basic experience (BELFOR or equivalent).
• ≥25 water damage projects experience.
• IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard knowledge.
• IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard knowledge.
• Possess IICRC WRT designation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the water damage team and supervise basic tasks.
• Oversee PPE usage and field safety practices.
• Review project requirements and document progress for managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches.
• Inspect vehicle safety and maintenance on a daily basis.
• Comply with BELFOR standards to protect client property.
• Travel nights and weekends may be required.
• Communicate time worked and materials used timely.
