Job summary

BELFOR Environmental is hiring an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, supervise crews, and document moisture assessments with specialized equipment.

Responsibilities include directing crews, managing project requirements, and ensuring safety and equipment maintenance. Occasional travel, night and weekend work are required, with emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of experience in the Basic Level of Water Damage at BELFOR or equivalent sector experience.
• Directly participated in at least 25 water damage projects.
• Knowledge of IICRC standards and BELFOR Water Damage Book is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the water damage team and supervise field crews.
• Review project requirements, document progress, and report to managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, and sketches for project files.
• Ensure proper PPE use and safety for all team members.
• Travel may be required and some night/weekend work will occur.
