Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Water Damage Specialist at an intermediate level to lead residential and small commercial losses, applying IICRC S500 and S520 standards. You will supervise a crew, coordinate moisture control, and mentor junior technicians on multiple ongoing projects across diverse loss scenarios.

qualified candidates will have 12 months in Basic Water Damage and at least 25 project involvements, strong field documentation skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience in Basic Water Damage.
• Direct involvement in at least 25 water damage projects.
• English fluency and literacy.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams and ensure proper PPE use.
• Document progress with field records and drawings.
• Review daily project requirements and communicate with managers.
• Generate moisture maps and logs for projects.
• Inspect vehicle safety and perform maintenance as needed.
