Qualifications

Experience with handheld RF unit.
Voice recognition preferred but not required.
Knowledge of powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

Direct, coordinate and monitor daily activities and performance of warehouse workers to ensure compliance with procedures, quality, and safety.
Manage staffing, communication, training, and performance.
Conduct pre-shift meetings and staff evaluations as needed.
Review procedures and modify operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain productivity reports and safety logs; ensure safe working environment.
